NEXT- Marathon Monday 2008 went off without a hitch. Fishie invited me to a brunch party with liquor and pinatas and as an added bonus due to coincidental living arrangments Gil and Brendan were in attendance. Partied all day outside, good weather, no complaints.





Last weekend in New Brunswick there was like a full weekend of related shows, here are a couple cool pictures of some of the best bands/people in punk, I couldn't make it down but these pictures are great so I figured they wouldn't be out of place here since all 3 of these bands have recently released records on Joe and Zach's label Don Giovanni, if you're not already into each of them then go buy their records. Ok NEXT CT's Stab You In The Head have a new LP out. The band features Jeff Harder of The Ice Age and TALK HARD. You can check them out here and I think theyre playing with Madball in CT on June 7th. Speaking of Talk Hard, here are some unreleased songs from the ill-fated Talk Hard/Outta Hand split. Props to Sawyer for hooking up these mp3's after mine went down with the ship when my last computer died.

The new RZL DZL LP "Strictly Saucers" is out now, obv its dope- cop it from Lockin Out.

The new LP "Gorilla Marketing" from The Steinways is also incredible, I'm not entirely sure when it comes out but check for updates HERE because it is seriously fucking awesome and you need to buy it, I believe it'll be released on Cold Feet Records.

There's also a new LP by Off With Their Heads coming out on No Idea soon and the songs that I've heard from it are, as expected, great.

While we're at it, another band that you should be watching right now is Gimme Drugs. I can't wait to hear more songs, check out a few tracks here.
