Holy shit, so first of all, yesterday was dope. Mad props to the new neighborhood spot Deep Ellum for coming through with a cheap delicious burger after I'd assumed that it became a gay bar when Reel Bar shut down. It's safe to say that we'll be hollering at them in the future. so, fuck, last night we wound up at Dave TREE's House Of Ill screen-printing party. I really can't go into detail right now with all the insane articles of clothing that were produced because I don't want to spoil the surprise for when Sick People rolls onto stage sporting the freshest 1/1 gear to come out of North Beacon street since, hmmm... I don't know..FOREVER. BUT here's a sneak preview of some of Dave's handiwork (dude actually is a legit good printer, everything came out looking dope and he made a ton of shit while we were partying over there):

Moving on...
For the past week I have been listening to the new Lemuria LP "Get Better" pretty much constantly and I wanted to take a minute to recommend it to fans of The Lemonheads/Husker Du/Dinosaur Jr/Leatherface as well as anyone who enjoyed "The First Collection" which I uploaded in my last entry. The new album's on Asian Man so head over there (or to Lemuria's myspace) and pick it up. As a matter of fact, while you're over at the Asian Man site you should do yourself a favor and scope the new song that Mike Park put up.
News In Brief:
- I Was A Fucking Teenage Boner: A Memoir by Michael "Jeff" D'ambrosio should be out sometime next year.
- Fuck the rain
- Jefferson and I had a falling out with Gil culminating in his having been extricated, if you will, from the lineup of Sick People. This was immediately followed by a drunk Gil being forgiven and welcomed back into the band, the height of which involved him wearing a bunch of my favorite shirts and acting like a retard to Straight Ahead.
- I secretly recorded like 2 hours of tape while everyone was drunk as fuck partying in my room.
- Keep your eyes peeled for a new screenplay by Robin Goodhue entitled "Where Did The Babysitter Go?"
- Mad props to the House Of Ill
- Friday's surprise encounter with Wheels Of Fire (and the Cold Giant) was long overdue, haven't partied with Wheels since I've been mobile again.
Shoot Outs to the following:
- Deep Ellum
- El Carrizal
- Jarritos (Lime PLZ)
- Private Stock
- Felix Pizzeria
The next order of business is if anyone has even a moderate quality stream of The Devil And Daniel Johnston PLEASE make me aware of it in one of the following ways:

Well as always I can't bring myself to leave you without a few records to think over until next time and since this entry has no real theme I'm afraid that you're going to be stuck with a few records that I've been jamming heavy over the past week or so. Enjoy.

She says, "always remember never to trust me," she said that the first night she met me.
She said, "there's gonna come a time when I'm gonna have to go with whoever's gonna get me the highest."
